Kelli Schaffter is a certified yoga instructor specializing in Vinyasa and Sekoia™.
She was initially drawn to yoga after studying mindfulness techniques, meditation and the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh at The Ohio State University.
A lover of literature, social studies and peaceful activism, Kelli hopes to use her teaching to influence subtle societal change—to teach self-care practices, relaxation techniques, and to instill a deep sense of well-being and confidence in her students.
Kelli graduated from the Yoga on High Teacher Training and Ayurveda Institute in June of 2015, earning her 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification, along with a certification for teaching Sekoia, a multi-sensory style of yoga that incorporates aromatherapy, Reiki, and Pranayama.
Kelli teaches vinyasa yoga at several studios in Columbus, Ohio and has taught Sekoia classes at Grow Yoga, Yoga on High, and Flex Yoga Wooster.
